Blueberry-Oxidant Muffins

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened applesauce

3 eggs

3 tbsp pure maple syrup

½ tsp almond extract

2 ½ cup almond flour

½ cup hemp seeds

1 tsp baking soda

¼ tsp salt

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries



Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a muffin tin with muffin liners.

  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.

  3. Divide batter between muffin cups, filling each ⅔ full & bake for 30 minutes.
