4 cups broccoli florets, steamed for at least 10 minutes
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup almond flour
2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1 tbsp Healthy U Italian Spice
Alternative to Healthy U Italian Spice
2 tbsp dried basil
2 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp dried rosemary
2 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 tbsp red chili flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt & black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Steam broccoli until soft and breakable.
Combine all ingredients into a bowl.
Use your hands to roll the broccoli tater tot mix into tater tot pieces.
Add to a parchment paper lined baking tray.
Bake at 425 F for around 18-24 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
