2 cheddar rice cakes

1/4 cup fresh mozzarella cheese

1.5 cups fresh heirloom tomatoes

Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, salt + olive oil drizzle for toppings.

  1. Plate your rice cakes first with a layer of fresh mozzarella cheese, then add colorful heirloom tomatoes, and lastly finish off with a sprinkle of salt and olive oil drizzle, enjoy!
