Ingredients
Handful of Blueberries
1 Banana, sliced
Lemon zest + juice
2 tbsp of Plain Greek yogurt
1-2 tbsp of Chia seeds
1 tsp of Vanilla extract
½ tbsp of Healthy U Vanilla Chai spice
Alternative to Healthy U Vanilla Chai Spice
2 tsp ground cardamom
2 tsp ground allspice
2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp ground cloves
2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 tbsp of Honey
1 cup of Almond milk
Instructions
Add blueberries and bananas into a bowl and smash them together
Add lemon zest, juice, yogurt, chia seeds and mix together.
Add vanilla, healthy U spice and honey. Mix together. Lastly, add the almond milk.
Place into the fridge overnight and enjoy in the morning!
