Candy Cane Raspberry Snowflake Bark

Prep time: 5 minutes - Cook time: 10 minutes - Total time: 15 minutes

2 cups frozen raspberries (this speeds up the process because the chocolate sets faster)

1 cup white chocolate chips + melted with 1 tsp coconut oil

2 candy canes, chopped in pieces with a kitchen mallet

  1. Melt 1 cup of white chocolate chips and 1 tsp of coconut oil. Pour over-fresh or frozen raspberries on a lined tray

  2. Freeze for 10 minutes, break into the bark, and serve! Store in the freezer for later use!
