Frozen Reese Bars

Want to satisfy your sweet tooth while still hitting your protein targets? Try these delicious, 3 ingredient frozen reese bars - there is nothing better!


Prep time: 10 minutes

Total time: 12 hours and 10 minutes (includes freezing time)


Serves: 8 servings (18 g of protein per serving)

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups Greek yogurt

  • ¾ cup natural peanut butter

  • 1 cup melted chocolate + ½ tsp coconut oil for melting



Directions
  1. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, mix greek yogurt and peanut butter. Mix to combine.

  3. Portion out the mixture, using a scoop, evenly throughout the sheet pan, pressing down to create small circles.

  4. Add popsicle sticks at one end of each circle.

  5. Freeze overnight.

  6. In a small bowl, melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil.

  7. Remove sheet pan from freezer and dip each popsicle stick into the chocolate, completely coating both sides.

  8. Refreeze for another 2 hours until the chocolate gets hard.
