Frozen Reese Bars

Want to satisfy your sweet tooth while still hitting your protein targets? Try these delicious, 3 ingredient frozen reese bars - there is nothing better!
Prep time: 10 minutes
Total time: 12 hours and 10 minutes (includes freezing time)
Serves: 8 servings (18 g of protein per serving)

Ingredients
1 ½ cups Greek yogurt
¾ cup natural peanut butter
1 cup melted chocolate + ½ tsp coconut oil for melting
Directions
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix greek yogurt and peanut butter. Mix to combine.
Portion out the mixture, using a scoop, evenly throughout the sheet pan, pressing down to create small circles.
Add popsicle sticks at one end of each circle.
Freeze overnight.
In a small bowl, melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil.
Remove sheet pan from freezer and dip each popsicle stick into the chocolate, completely coating both sides.
Refreeze for another 2 hours until the chocolate gets hard.
