Ingredients
2 cups hazelnuts, roasted
½ cup cacao powder
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup melted dark chocolate
6 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp sea salt
Directions
Set oven to 390 F.
Start by roasting your hazelnuts for 8 minutes.
Now let the nuts cool off.
Add the nuts to a food processor or high speed blender and blend until smooth. Be patient, keep blending and scraping down the edges until it becomes super smooth. It might take 5-15 minutes to get it completely smooth and runny.
Now add the rest of the ingredients and blend until combined.
Your Nutella is ready and it melts on toasted bread! If you want it more runny, you can add more coconut oil.
