High Protein Cookie Dough

Ingredients
  • 1 cup cottage cheese, blended

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain 

  • 1 cup almond flour 

  • 3 scoops protein powder 

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup 

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips 

Optional: 2 tsp vanilla 


Directions
  1. In a medium bowl, blend cottage cheese using a hand blender until smooth

  2. Add Greek yogurt, almond flour, protein powder and maple syrup. Stir to combine.

  3. Mix in chocolate chips.

  4. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
