Prep time: 5 minutes Total time: 3 hours and 5 minutes (includes chilling time)
Serves: 6 servings

Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese, blended
1 cup Greek yogurt, plain
1 cup almond flour
3 scoops protein powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Optional: 2 tsp vanilla
Directions
In a medium bowl, blend cottage cheese using a hand blender until smooth
Add Greek yogurt, almond flour, protein powder and maple syrup. Stir to combine.
Mix in chocolate chips.
Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
