Carrot Fries

Prep Time: 15 min - Cook time: 20 min - Total time: 35 min


Ingredients

2 Carrots, peeled and chopped into sticks (You want them the size of a french fry you would eat)

1 tablespoon Oil, drizzled (Make sure the oil has a smoking pont below 400 F!)

Salt to taste



Instructions
  1. Bake in the oven at 425 F for about 20 minutes or until browning/crisp.
