Crispy Garlic Feta 'Fries'

Prep time: 10 minutes - Cook time: 15 minutes - Total time: 25 minutes


1 rutabaga or 2 jicama’s

3 tbsp EVOO

2-4 cloves of garlic, minced

Garlic salt, cracked black pepper, crushed red pepper

French feta (more creamy and mild)

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley

  1. Bake Rutabaga (coated with oil and salt) at 450 degrees for approximately 15 minutes on each side, or until golden brown

  2. Combine 3 tbsp of olive oil, finely minced garlic (and optional, crushed red pepper ) - stir on low/medium heat until crispy

  3. Top ‘fries’ with garlic oil, crumbled feta and chopped parsley
