1/2 cup natural almond butter
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Healthy U Vanilla Pumpkin Spice
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until evenly combined.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Add the batter into the baking tray. Sprinkle unsweetened coconut flakes.
Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes.
