Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
2 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped into halves
2 cup bell peppers, cut into strips
1 cup white onions, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 tbsp Healthy U Mexican Spice
Alternative to Healthy U Mexican Spice
1 tsp garlic powder
1⁄2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1⁄2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1⁄2 tsp salt & black pepper
1⁄2 ground cinnamon
1⁄2 ground cloves
1-2 cups of broth
¼ cup grated cheese
2 tbsp Cooking oil
Instructions
Heat up oil at medium heat in an iron skillet
Add in tomatoes, bell peppers, white onions, garlic and spice into the skillet and combine
Add in beef and fully cook.
Remove skillet and divide taco filling into a muffin tin.
Add in just enough broth to coat meat but do not overfill! Top with grated cheese.
Let the taco bites cool before placing it into the freezer.
