Healthiest Banana Bread

Ingredients List:

3 very ripe medium bananas, mashed

3 eggs

3 tbsp milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 ½ cups almond flour

½ cup flaxseed meal

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup chocolate chips

  1. Mash bananas in a big bowl. Add eggs and milk, mix until well blended.

  2. Add almond flour and flaxseed meal. Combine evenly and add vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.

  3. Add chocolate chips and mix well. Save some for the topping

  4. Add batter to a lined baking dish. Place additional chocolate chips on top.

  5. Bake at 350F for 50-60 minutes.

Hi, if you don't have flaxseed meal, could you use, chia seeds or hemp seeds as a substitute?
