Nectarine ‘Cobbler’

Creamy, crunchy, and just sweet enough, this frozen treat is giving ALL the nectarine cobbler vibes, with an extra healthy touch 🍑
Prep time: 15 minutes
Total time: 4 hours (freezing time)
Serves: 6 servings (12 g of protein per serving)

Ingredients
1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt
1 scoop protein powder (25g protein)
½ cup pumpkin seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
2 nectarines, chopped
Directions
In a large bowl, mix together greek yogurt and protein powder of your choice.
Add pumpkin seeds and cinnamon, mix till well combined.
On a lined baking sheet, scoop mixture into small circles and flatten.
Top with peaches or nectarines, cubed into small bite sizes and sprinkle cinnamon ontop.
Freeze for 4 hours and enjoy!
