Kale Chips

Ingredients

1 bunch of Kale

Healthy U spices (or Season with your favorite spice!):

  • BBQ Grillin spice

  • Basil Lemon Twist

  • Za-atar

  • Everything

  • Onion Overload

1 tbsp oil



Instructions
  1. De-steam the Kale and cut into bite size pieces and sprinkle with olive oil

  2. Arrange on to a baking tray and add the 5 seasonings on to a small portion of the kale chips

  3. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes
