Protein Crackers

Prep time: 10 minutes - Cook time: 60 minutes - Total time: 70 minutes


1 cup chia seeds

2 cups of any seed - sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, etc.

1 cup water

1 tsp salt & garlic powder

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, let sit until seeds have absorbed water.

  2. Place mixture on a lined baking sheet and flatten.

  3. Bake at 300F for 40 minutes.

  4. Remove mixture from oven. Flip it over and tear it into smaller pieces.

  5. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
