Prep time: 10 minutes - Cook time: 60 minutes - Total time: 70 minutes
1 cup chia seeds
2 cups of any seed - sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, etc.
1 cup water
1 tsp salt & garlic powder
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, let sit until seeds have absorbed water.
Place mixture on a lined baking sheet and flatten.
Bake at 300F for 40 minutes.
Remove mixture from oven. Flip it over and tear it into smaller pieces.
Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
