Salmon Fillets

Prep time: 10 minutes - Cook time: 15 minutes - Total time: 25 minutes

Salmon (6 fillets)


1/2 cup Maple syrup

1 tsp Dijon mustard

2 tbsp Soy sauce


1 cup Pistachios, pieces


1. Preheat oven to 400 F, and line baking tray with parchment paper

2. Add salmon to baking tray and brush over with olive oil

3. Prepare sauce in a small bowl and pour over salmon

4. Add pistachios toppings across the entire top of salmon

5. Bake for 14-16 minutes
