Prep Time: 25 min - Cook time: 15 min - Total time: 40 min

Ingredients
2 6-8 ounce salmon fillets
½ cup of almond or coconut flour
1-2 tbsp of Healthy U Everything spice
Alternative to Healthy U Everything Spice
2 tsp white sesame seeds
1 tsp dried minced onion
1 tsp dried minced garlic
1 tsp black sesame seeds
1 tsp salt
1⁄2 tsp poppy seeds
1 egg
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
Cut up the salmon into cubes. In a bowl add the flour and Healthy U Everything spice
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg and add on top of the cubed Salmon
Dip each Salmon cube into the flour and spice mixture, coating each side
Bake at 400F for 10-15 minutes, flip around the 8 minute mark. Squeeze fresh lemon juice on top once done.
