½ cup sunflower seeds, unsalted

½ cup pumpkin seeds

¼ cup ground flaxseeds

¼ cup poppy seeds

2 tbsp chia seeds

½ tsp salt


Wet ingredients

1 banana (over-ripe), mashed

2 tbsp tahini paste

⅓ cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract
