Shrimp Cocktail Salad

Prep time: 15 minutes - Cook time: 0 minutes - Total time: 15 minutes


1 large bag of shrimp, steamed and tails removed (approx. 3 cups of cooked shrimp)

Zest & Juice from 1 lemon

Juice from 1 lime

8 celery stalks, halved lengthwise and diced

1 cup radishes, diced

1 cup snap peas, diced

1 red onion, diced (using the cutting technique in video for ease)

1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped

2 avocados, cubed (add when serving, otherwise, salad will not stay as fresh for long)

½ - 1 cup cocktail sauce (if homemade, 1 cup ketchup, ½ tsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp horseradish, splash worcestershire sauce)

  1. Begin by cooking 1 large bag of shrimp (approx. 3 cups of cooked shrimp) and set aside

  2. Cut up all vegetables and add to a bowl with your shrimp, cocktail sauce and the zest and juice from a lemon and juice from 1 lime.
