Vietnamese Pizza

Prep time: 2 minutes - Cook time: 3 minutes - Total time: 5 minutes

  • 1 rice paper

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 egg

Topping ideas:

  • Green onion

  • Cheese (<20% M.F)

  • Chili flakes

  • Diced peppers, onions, tomatoes, etc.

  1. Add rice paper to a heated frying pan (medium heat).

  2. Let paper crisp up just a BIT, and add 1 tsp sesame oil.

  3. Pour over a slightly mixed egg, and keep mixing until partially cooked.

  4. Add any toppings you like, cut & enjoy! (Add a side salad for a veggie boost!)
