5-Minute Cheesy Rose Chicken

Prep time: 10 minutes - Cook time: 5-10 minutes - Total time: 15 - 20 minutes


1-2 tbsp oil

1-2 red onions, diced

1 can tomato paste

1-2 tbsp @healthyu_dietitian Italian Spice

1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 cups almond milk (unsweetened) @silk with extra protein

4-5 chicken thighs (or breast), cubed

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  1. Sauté red onions with oil, tomato paste, @healthyu_dietitian Italian Spice and salt

  2. Next, add Silk extra protein almond milk, mozzarella cheese and cubed chicken thighs or breast

  3. Stir and cover. Cook on medium/high heat for 5 minutes or until fully cooked through at 165ºF.
