Ingredients
5 ripe avocados
1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/3 cup white or red onion, chopped
Juice from 1 lemon
3 garlic cloves, minced (FRESH is best)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
Cut and mash avocados into a bowl. Add cherry tomatoes and onions. Mix until evenly combined
Squeeze in lemon juice, add garlic, salt and pepper into the bowl. Mix until combined
