Ingredients
Tomatoes attached on a vine
2 cups of chickpeas
3 tbsp of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
1 cup of pine nuts
1 cup of basil
Tops with Burrata chunks
Instructions
Add everything into an oven-safe pan and bake for15-20 minutes at 375F.
Add chunks of Burrata on top and enjoy.
