4 cups baked squash with 1 tbsp oil
2 cups milk
1 cup sharp cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cauliflower, cut into florets baked with 1 tbsp oil
Bake cauliflower and squash in separate baking dishes until cauliflower appears crispy and squash appears soft (15-20mins at 350 F).
In a blender, add cooked squash, milk, sharp cheese, garlic powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Drizzle mac and cheese sauce on top of the baked cauliflower.
