3 cups cauliflower florets
2 eggs, whisked
¾ cup almond flour
2 tbsp arrowroot flour
1 tbsp Healthy U Onion Overload Seasoning

2 tsp minced onion
2 tsp granulated onion
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chives
Mild buffalo wing sauce
Combine almond flour, arrowroot flour and Health U Onion Overload seasoning in a bowl
Prepare a greased or parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Dip cauliflower florets into egg mixture then the dry mix and place on a baking sheet.
Using a safe basting brush/paint each floret with the buffalo wing sauce.
Bake at 450 F for 15-20 min.
