Cauliflower Buffalo Wings

Ingredients

3 cups cauliflower florets

2 eggs, whisked

¾ cup almond flour

2 tbsp arrowroot flour

1 tbsp Healthy U Onion Overload Seasoning

Alternative for Healthy U Onion Overload Seasoning

2 tsp minced onion

2 tsp granulated onion

2 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp chives


Toppings:

Mild buffalo wing sauce



Instructions
  1. Combine almond flour, arrowroot flour and Health U Onion Overload seasoning in a bowl

  2. Prepare a greased or parchment paper lined baking sheet.

  3. Dip cauliflower florets into egg mixture then the dry mix and place on a baking sheet.

  4. Using a safe basting brush/paint each floret with the buffalo wing sauce.

  5. Bake at 450 F for 15-20 min.
