Cheesy Pickle Crackers

  • 2 cups grated cheese, your fave type!

  • 4-5 dill pickles, circular slices

NOTE: This is a higher sodium snack; enjoy it in moderation and in the context of a healthy menu!

  1. Add a layer of cheese to a lined baking sheet.

  2. Top with sliced pickles and an additional layer of cheese.

  3. Bake at 400F x 12-14 minutes
