Prep time: 5 minutes - Cook time: 14-18 minutes - Total time: 19-23 minutes
1 cup mozzarella, shredded
1 cup almond flour
Optional: pinch of salt
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp EVOO
¾ cup canned whole tomatoes, squeeze into a sauce
¼ cup fresh basil leaves
Fresh sun-dried tomatoes
½ cup mozzarella cheese, cut into sticks
Combine mozzarella cheese and almond flour in a bowl.
Heat mixture in a microwave for 60 seconds. Once complete, add egg and salt.
Once well combined, place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Add dough and place another sheet of parchment paper on top. Roll dough using a rolling pin.
Top with your favourite ingredients and bake at 400F for 14-18 minutes (broil for the last 30 seconds for a crispy experience).
