Chia Clusters

Prep time: 5 minutes - Cook time: 90-120 minutes - Total time: 95-125 minutes

  • 1 ½ cups raspberries

  • 1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (skip if you used vanilla Greek yogurt)

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips

  1. In a bowl mash raspberries. Continue adding remaining ingredients and stir until combined.

  2. Scoop on to a parchment lined baking sheet. Place in the freezer for 90-120 minutes.

  3. If desired drizzle with melted chocolate. Store in the freezer until ready to enjoy!
