Chicken Burgers

Prep Time: 30 min - Cook time: 10 min - Total time: 50 min

Ingredients:

2 lbs of Ground Chicken

¼ cup of Hemp seeds

2 cups of Cauliflower Rice

¼ cup of Coconut Flour

2 eggs

2 tbsp of Healthy U Onion overload

Alternative to Healthy U Onion Overload

2 tsp minced onion

2 tsp granulated onion

2 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp chives



Instructions:
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Create patty’s and lay out on a tray. Poke a hole to cook thoroughly

  2. Grill for 8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked
