Ingredients:
2-3 Chicken breast, hammered with mallet
3 tbsp oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, diced
¼ cup of Red Wine Vinegar
½ cup of Vegetable broth (or more)
1-2 tbsp Almond flour
¼ cup of Almond milk, unsweetened
1 tbsp Healthy U Italian Spice
Alternative to Healthy U Italian Spice
2 tbsp dried basil
2 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp dried rosemary
2 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 tbsp red chili flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt & black pepper
2-3 cups of Mushrooms, diced (oyster, cremini, button)
½ tsp of Salt throughout
Instructions:
Hammer Chicken with mallet. Heat stove to medium-high with oil and cook for 8-10 minutes
Remove chicken and add in onions, garlic, Healthy U italian spice, Red Wine Vinegar, Vegetable Broth, Almond flour and Almond milk. Add in mushrooms. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add chicken breast on top and cook for 8 more minutes.
