Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet

Healthy indulgence! This chocolate chip cookie skillet is loaded with fibre and protein, thanks to chickpeas – great for digestion, heart health, and keeping you full longe


Ingredients
  • 1 15oz can rinsed chickpeas

  • 1/2 cup nut or seed butter

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips in a food processor and blend until combined and smooth.

  2. Stir in chocolate chips. Transfer mix to a cast iron skillet and smooth top.

  3. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through. Enjoy!
