Ingredients
2 cups ground flax seeds
1 tbsp baking powder (or ¾ tbsp baking soda)
2 tbsp cinnamon
6 eggs
⅓ cup coconut oil
½ cup water
Optional toppings: 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp cinnamon, 2 tbsp crushed walnuts
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl (excluding toppings).
Pour into a parchment lined loaf pan and add toppings.
Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes. Enjoy!
