Crispy Salmon Crusted Salmon + Nutty Sauce

Prep Time: 15 min - Cook time: 35 min - Total time: 50 min


Makes 4-6 servings


Ingredients

4-6 salmon filets, cut into smaller chunks

2-3 eggs, whisked

1/2 cup sesame seeds (mixed white / black) + 1 tbsp salt


Directions
  1. 2 separate bowls - one for the whisked egg and one for the mixed sesame seeds

  2. Place sesame chunks into the whisked egg, then into the sesame seeds, making sure the mixture is evenly coated

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place breaded salmon on

  4. Bake at 425 F for 20-35 minutes, just to get crust crispy

Ingredients

1 tbsp sesame oil

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp rice vingear

3 tbsp nut butter

2 tbsp ginger, crushed

1/4 cup water

1-2 limes or lemons

  1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl
