Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Eggnog
1 1/2 cups Kefir
1/4 cup Chia seeds
1/4 cup Almond butter
1-2 Apple, grated
1 tbsp Vanilla
4 Cinnamon sticks (or 1/2 tsp cinnamon)
Directions
Mix together the above ingredients. Cover and let set in the fridge for 8-12 hours.
Remove cinnamon sticks. Top with whip cream and enjoy!
