Ingredients
2 cups Greek yogurt (1 cup plain, 1 cup vanilla)
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup mini white chocolate chips
2-3 tbsp melted chocolate (3 tbsp choc chips + 1/4 tsp coconut oil)
Directions
In a bowl, combine yogurt, blueberries, and white chocolate chips.
Spread mixture evenly over a lined baking sheet.
Drizzle evenly with melted chocolate.
Freeze for 90 minutes, and break into bark! (Re-freeze for storage)
