Homemade Pizza Dough

Prep Time: 20 min - Cook time: 15 min - Total time: 35 min


⅔ cup of Almond flour

¾ cup of Tapioca Flour or Arrowroot flour

6 tbsp of Coconut flour

2 tbsp of Healthy U Italian Spice

Alternative to Healthy U Italian Spice

2 tbsp dried basil

2 tbsp dried oregano

1 tbsp dried rosemary

2 tbsp dried parsley

1 tbsp dried thyme

1 tbsp red chili flakes

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt & black pepper

1 tsp of salt

⅓ cup of Water

⅓ cup of oil

1 egg

1 tbsp of Apple cider vinegar

Optional: add ground flax or hemp seeds

  1. Mix all ingredients together well

  2. Add into preheated oven at 450F for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown
