These Nutty Granola Bars are SO easy, and end up being WAY CHEAPER and healthier than store bought versions. These are the perfect afternoon snack, as they are high in protein and are less processed, making them an anti-inflammatory and hormone balancing snack. Not to mention, all the nutrients from nuts and seeds, such as vitamin E, calcium, magnesium, fibre, etc are beyond beneficial to our health.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup raw almonds
2 1/2 cup raw cashews
1 1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
3/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup chia seeds
2/3 cup dark chocolate chips (melted with ½ tsp coconut oil) Optional: flakey sea salt for garnish
Directions
Combine all ingredients (except chocolate) in a large bowl.
On a parchment lined baking sheet spread mixture evenly.
Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes.
Let cool completely and then cut into 16-18 bars.
Melt chocolate with coconut oil. Dip 1/2 of each bar into chocolate and then drizzle remaining on top. Enjoy!
