Pizza Pockets

⅔ cup almond flour

¾ cup tapioca flour

¼ cup coconut flour

1 tsp salt

¼ cup water

¼ cup oil

2 tbsp Healthy U Onion Overload

Alternative to Healthy U Onion Overload

2 tsp minced onion

2 tsp granulated onion

2 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp chives

More coconut flour while rolling!

  1. Sprinkle some flour on the surface you are working on

  2. Roll out and make sure to sprinkle with rolling pin and dough with flour to avoid sticking

  3. Use a medium bowl, flip it upside down and use it to cut out a circle for the pizza pocket.

  4. Fill with your favourite toppings!

  5. Fold the pizza pocket in half.

  6. Use a fork to press down on the edges of the pizza pocket to seal it.

  7. Place the finished pizza pockets on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

  8. Bake at 425 F for 25 minutes.
