Pizza "Rice" Rolls

1 cup ground chicken & marinara sauce

¼ cup marinara sauce (for topping)

1 cup cauliflower rice

1 cup parmesan cheese

1 package of rice wraps

2 tbsp Healthy U Basil Lemon Twist Seasoning

Alternative to Healthy U Basil Lemon Twist Seasoning

2 tbsp lemon pepper

2 tsp dried basil

2 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried thyme leaves

¼ tsp salt

  1. At medium heat, cook chicken and sauce until chicken is cooked

  2. In a large saucepan, soak rice wraps until soft.

  3. Add in chicken. Then add rice. Then add some cheese.

  4. Wrap it up.

  5. Place into a square pan.

  6. Pour the remaining sauce on the pizza rolls. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and seasoning

  7. Serve!
