Berry yogurt loaf

Prep time: 10 minutes - Cook time: 45-55 minutes - Total time: 55 minutes - 1 hour



Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt

4 eggs

2 tbsp almond flour

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup berries (save some for the topping)




Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in one bowl and pour into a lined baking tray

  2. Bake 375F x 45-55 minutes, serve and enjoy! Stays fresh in the fridge for up to 3-5 days!
