Protein loaded Lentil wraps

1 cup of Red Lentils (You can also use canned lentils if you don't have time to soak!)

2 cups of water


Your favourite veggie toppings!

Pick a protein - chicken, shrimp, chickpeas, tofu

Your favourite sauce/seasoning!

  1. Let it soak for 3-4 hours, blend with a blender.

  2. Pour desired amount into a pan and fry, flipping when bubbles appear

  3. Add sauce/seasoning.

  4. Scoop into lettuce and serve!
