Sheet Pan Steak Stir Fry with Sesame Ginger Sauce

Prep Time: 30 min - Cook time: 20 min - Total time: 50 min


Your steak cut of choice!


¼ cup soy sauce

2 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp rice vinegar

½ tbsp maple syrup

½ tbsp sesame seeds

1 tsp grated ginger

  1. Marinade steaks in sauce

  2. Pan fry for 2-3 minutes on each side on medium heat

  3. Pour mixed vegetables on parchment covered pan adding leftover sauce and Healthy U Japanese Spice

  4. Cook vegetables for 4-5 minutes over medium heat

  5. Serve cooked veg and sliced steak over rice of your choice and top with sesame seeds and green onions
