Ingredients
6 cups fresh spinach, packed (or 3 cups of frozen spinach)
3 eggs
Optional: add ⅛ tsp salt, garlic powder, onion powder and ground pepper
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.
Pour in a circle shape on a parchment paper lined baking tray.
Bake at 350F for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
