Protein Bagels

Prep time: 5 minutes - Cook time: 25-30 minutes - Total time: 30-35 minutes

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • Optional toppings: egg wash & spices (sumac, sesame seeds, onion flakes, salt)

  1. Combine ingredients above in a large bowl.

  2. Roll into a ball, flatten and poke a whole in the middle.

  3. If using toppings brush with egg wash and sprinkle spices.

  4. Bake at 350F on a parchment lined baking tray for 25-30 minutes! Enjoy!
