Time will vary based on platter ingredients



Ingredients

Roasted veggies of choice. Ideas: roasted eggplant, zucchini, broccoli, red pepper, and asparagus


Toppings of choice. Ideas: goat cheese, grilled shrimp, artichoke


Base: asparagus


Dressing: white wine vinegar, oil, garlic, honey, dijon mustard





Instructions
  1. Place base over the platter.

  2. Fill serving bowls with toppings of choice and dressing.

  3. Serve platter.
