Dill Pickle Dip

Are you looking for a protein boost in your appetizer? Dill Pickle Dip to the rescue! Can you believe I added white kidney beans for a protein boost?

  • 1/2 cup, mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup, cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup, softened cream cheese

  • 1 cup greek yogurt

  • 1 cup finely chopped kosher dill pickles, divided

  • 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 tbsp minced fresh dill, plus more for topping

  • 2 tbsp pickle brine

  1. Mix together the above ingredients (3/4 pickles and cheese). Pour into a baking dish.

  2. Top with remaining cheese, pickles, and dill.

  3. Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes and then broil for 2-3 minutes. Enjoy!
