Bell Pepper “Sandwich”

1 bell pepper, halved with stem and seeds removed

1 slice marbled cheddar cheese

3 slices deli turkey breast

1/2 cup lettuce

3 cucumber slices

1 baby pickle, sliced

½ tbsp yellow mustard

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add bell pepper with insides facing up

  2. Fill peppers with the rest of ingredients to assemble sandwich

  3. Once cheese is melted, remove from skillet and serve
