Ingredients
Base:
3/4 cup nut butter
1/4 cup coconut flour
3 tbsp maple syrup
Topping:
1 cup chocolate chips
1-2 tbsp coconut oil
Dash of Himalayan slat
Directions
Add all base ingredients to bowl and mix well into a thick consistency.
Line baking pan with parchment paper.
Pour base mixture into a baking pan and spread evenly.
Add coconut oil into a bowl of chocolate chips and melt in the microwave or a double boiler (*if using microwave- melt in shifts, stirring in between, to prevent burning)
Pour the topping mixture all over the base.
Chill until just set and cut into bars.
