Salt & Vinegar Lettuce Chips

Prep time: 5 minutes - Cook time: 0 minutes - Total time: 5 minutes


2 batches of Romaine lettuce

1-2 tbsp of vinegar

1 tsp of salt

½ lemon juiced

  1. Tear up each batch of romaine lettuce into bite size pieces

  2. Add salt, vinegar and squeezed lemon juice. Mix around to evenly combine. Serve and enjoy!
